The Vault is a newly developed ground floor luxury apartment available to guests wishing to stay in the historic town centre of King’s Lynn. This former savings bank, built in 1858 in Tudor Gothic style, has been sympathetically restored to offer a truly bespoke “one-off” retreat.

Perfectly located only steps away from the quayside, shops, restaurants and bygone sights of the town, this apartment has everything you could need for the perfect escape, right on its doorstep. Film, comedy, dance and theatre fanatics will find year-round entertainment on offer at The Corn Exchange and our summers are jam packed with events ranging from the King’s Lynn Festival Too to the Bubble Rush to the Hanseatic Water sports weekend and much much more!

Parking is plentiful, the bus station is a 0.3 mile walk and the train station is just 0.4 miles away. The apartment boasts top spec fixtures and fittings, deluxe soft furnishings, and boutique style in abundance.

Your only issue in staying here will be that you don’t want to leave!

We were contacted on the morning to let us know the apartment would be ready for us earlier than the usual check-in time, allowing us a little extra time to explore Kings Lynn. The apartment was clean and tidy. Parking was cheap and close at the Boal Quay. The location is close to all amenities. Our visit was mid-week. We took ear plugs but did not find their use essential, the road not seeing alot of traffic. We hope to return in the future. Thanks Ralph and Hannah.

Great place exactly as described - great location - lots of bars and places to eat nearby. Comfy bed both slept like a log and kitchen had all the utensils needs so didn’t need to worry if we didn’t have anything. Nice little touches such as welcome pack / board games in the cupboard. Super easy check in. Only con was some of the utensils in the kitchen we needed to re clean as were dirty but nothing major. As it’s based on a road it can be quite noisy however this wasn’t an issue for as at all as we are used to London. Would definitely stay again when I’m next in kings lynn

    No but the property has 5 car parks within a 5 minuite walking distance.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    No the bedroom is located on a gallery floor, so not suitable for children.
